In July, Ironbridge Phase 3 achieved an impressive average score of 91.8% across 2 inspections. In partnership with Harworth Group plc, Cognition is delivering a comprehensive package of works designed to unlock this significant brownfield site for future development. Our scope includes: extensive site clearance and vegetation removal, demolition and excavation of deep foundations (some up to 16 metres below ground levels), complex groundwater management and dewatering systems in areas of deep obstruction removal, material screening, crushing, and re-use to minimise off-site disposal, and engineered fill of site won soils for future development platforms.

In August, King’s Road Park, Phase 4 in Fulham, achieved an amazing average score of 92% on their inspections. Cognition has been appointed by St William Homes to deliver a comprehensive package of enabling and remediation works at King’s Road Park, Phase 4. Our scope includes pile mat construction, anchored sheet piling, multi-level basement excavation, historical tar tank removal and contamination remediation on this highly constrained former Fulham Gasworks site.
