They achieved an impressive average score of 90.5% over two inspections, with a quick resolution rate for any concerns/actions raised on site during the inspections.

On behalf of St William Homes, Cognition Land and Water has been delivering a comprehensive package of enabling and remediation works at King’s Road Park, Phase 4. Our scope includes pile mat construction, anchored sheet piling, multi-level basement excavation, historical tar tank removal and contamination remediation on this highly constrained former Fulham Gasworks site.

As a reward for their achievements, each member of the Fulham project team received an amazon voucher to use at their discretion. A very big well done to the team for all their great work!
