Last week, Cognition’s Chairman, Simon Thompson, and our Financial Director, Chris Smith, attended the EOA (Employee Ownership Association) Annual Conference. It took place at the Telford International Centre with 850+ attendees. The conference was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow EO (Employee-Owned) leaders and gain fresh insights into the future of employee-owned businesses. The sessions highlighted the growing importance of inclusive leadership, transparent communication, and building a culture where every employee feels genuine ownership.
